Paddle Up We teach stand up paddle boarding and provide exciting SUP experiences. We teach and coach SUP in Surrey, and run a fun and friendly social club.

Our 2023 season runs April 2023 - September 1st 2023

India and Joshua here, a goofy couple with a passion for paddle boarding. We are the proud founders of Paddle Up; a stand up paddle boarding school on a non tidal stretch of the River Thames. Our aim is to inspire people to paddle, and enjoy our local waterways as much as we do.

We’re a little occupied with slightly different adventures, so not running our usual trips and lessons. However if you’ve got your own paddle board, and you live in Surrey, our awesome Paddle Up Club is still running and is in full swing this summer! 🥳🏄🏼‍♂️

Hope everyone’s enjoying this in between stage of Christmas and New Year. We took a break from eating mince pies and hit the water for our last paddle of 2024 🎉🏄🏻 It was a wonderful, and much needed couple of hours paddling on the Basingstoke canal.

A sunset paddle with the club is ALWAYS a good idea 🤙 This was our last Thursday night club paddle this season, as we move onto weekend paddles for the Autumn and Winter season 🍂☕️
