Like james are you ready to prioritise your health and fitness and become the healthiest, fittest and strongest parent you can ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ

You can think sometimes with these transformations whats going on here ? Surely hes just eating salads chicken and doesnt have a life ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿฝโ€โ™‚๏ธ

I promise you this isnt accurate instagram and the fitness world can distort the reality of health and fitness ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ

All i ask from james as a coach is he follows his 3 workouts a week - that have been built scientifically for muscle growth, he hits 170g protein a day and he gets 1 cardio a session in which at the minute is footy with his mates ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ

Other than that we barely have a clue what he gets up to on weekends ! He just recieves support on smart choices socialising ! he has kids, he socialises with mates he eats out with the mrs, hes a grown man heโ€™s allowed to enjoy his life ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ

A pizza and a couple of glasses a wine and a bit of choccy at the weekend isnt you going off track ! this is you having balance - what isnt balance is pizza 3 bottles of wine full family size choclate then sunday sit on the sofa order a takeaway and dont move โŒ

We had to give a shoutout to one of most amazing characters at the SHIFT ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿฝ

From daily motivational videos, to running the Gainsborough half marathon walter is a much valued member of the team ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ
