We’re proud to welcome Brighton & Hove Swimming Club to the Cardinal Family! 🔥

For the remainder of this season and throughout the 2026–27 season, Cardinal will be supporting Brighton & Hove swimmers with Strength & Conditioning.

Brighton & Hove is a fantastic club, home to swimmers competing at every level, from County competitions right through to National Team representation. Their commitment to developing athletes and building a strong swimming culture is something we greatly admire.

We’re honoured to be working alongside such an outstanding organisation, its dedicated coaches, and its talented swimmers. We can’t wait to help support their continued success in and out of the pool. 💪

Congratulations to who has qualified for his 4th Commonwealth Games for Gibraltar!!!

We’re looking to connect with swim clubs who may want support with:

At Cardinal, our goal is simple:

Make high-quality performance support accessible to every swimming club.

We’re proud to now be the UK’s largest provider of S&C support for aquatics clubs, working with teams across the UK and abroad to deliver affordable, fully integrated gym and dryland programmes that support swim training.

Alongside this, we also support volunteer-led community clubs with swim programming and coach education.

We know many clubs are run by passionate coaches giving up huge amounts of time for their swimmers. Our role is to help support that process — educating coaches, building integrated programmes, and helping clubs create environments where swimmers can thrive.

Seeing grassroots clubs achieve more regional qualifiers, while helping swimmers and coaches enjoy the process, has been one of the best parts of what we do 💪

As we head towards September, we’d love to speak with any clubs or coaches who feel they could benefit from extra support next season.

What a fantastic Cycle 2!!!

Great swimming and great gains made!! Well done to all the swimmers, coaches and volunteers who make these successes happen!!

At Cardinal we only play the smallest part in supporting these swimmers. It is their hard work and drive to achieve their goals that does all the heavy lifting!

We have been supporting clubs and coaches all round the Country with Strength & Conditioning, Swim Consultancy and Coach CPD.

We are so excited for the last cycle or the season as we build up to Summer Nationals, end of season meets and Commonwealth Games!!!

It's go time yet again!!!

This weekend for many of our supported teams is Youth Regionals!

Some regions started racing last weekend and we saw some fantastic results! This weekend we hope to build on that and see even more fantastic swimming!

For all the swimmers out there. Go and be great at what you do, have fun and enjoy the pay off for all the hard work you have done 💪

Malta Easter International Meet 🇲🇹✨

Last week we made our annual trip to Malta, supporting a group of swimmers at their first rested meet of the cycle — and they delivered 🔥

🥇 Zoë Cawsey hit a Top 80 time in Europe in the 50 Breast AND secured a meet record 💥

🌊 Lucia Grant produced strong swims all round, with season’s bests in the 50 Fly and finals in every event 👏

🚀 Clive Marquis had an incredible meet — lifetime PBs, season’s bests, and finals across the board 🙌

Proud of the processes, the mindset, and the performances from everyone involved 💪

Now it’s back to work as Zoë & Clive build towards Maltese Nationals in June… bigger gains to come 📈

We are super excited to announce we have partnered with in Cornwall!

We will be supporting Carn Brea with access to Dryland and Strength and Conditioning Resources.

On top of this we will also be supporting the team with swim consultancy, guiding the coaching team and swimmers through regionals and beyond!

Carn Brea is a fantastic community with a great group of coaches and swimmers. We are really excited to see some fast swimming at Regionals and even faster swimming later on in the season!
