Book your tee time/lessons online today Set in beautiful rolling countryside and boasting panoramic sea views, Sharpley Golf course is an absolute pleasure to play - it is challenging Par 71 and has many unusual water features and established greens.

The course has been designed with input from three top architects and shaped using an experienced team, over a number years and therefore has an established feel with greens built to USGA standards. An extensive drainage network built into the course boasts the newest technology, meaning whatever the weather, the course will be in the condition golfers expect, day to day, season to season.

We love hearing what our visitors think of their time at Sharpley, and this recent TripAdvisor review really made us smile. 😊

“Thoroughly enjoyed our day at Sharpley GC and I will be back for another go.

Stunning views from the clubhouse overlooking the course and out to the North Sea. We had excellent weather but could only imagine how difficult a test it could have been with a stiff sea breeze.

We were made to feel welcome from arrival to departure and a special mention to the staff in the kitchen who knocked up a toasted sandwich, chips and salad that would have fed a small army after our round.

The course was in great condition considering the lack of rainfall and provided a good test for us both.

Well worth a visit 👍🏻”

A short par 3…
but don’t be fooled. 👀

✔️ Elevated tee
✔️ Prevailing wind can push you left
✔️ Green slopes right to left
✔️ Water just over the back
✔️ Two bunkers short

Club selection is key.

💡 The tip? If you’re attacking the flag, make sure you finish below the hole. Get above it and a 3-putt is definitely possible.

The smart play? Find the right club, hit the middle of the green and give yourself a chance at par.

Huge congratulations to Rob, who achieved his very first hole-in-one on the 5th while visiting Sharpley Golf with his friend Adam Ogden! 🎉

Adam said they were both in shock—before “screaming like hyenas!” 😂
