One year ago Vicky joined our Slimdown programme looking to lose weight, feel healthier and regain her confidence. after letting things slip.

Fast forward 12 months and what a difference a year can make πŸ‘πŸ» vicky is down 4 stone!!!!

Not only has Vicky completely transformed the way she looks, she's transformed the way she feels too.

And it hasn't all been plain sailing.

During that year Vicky suffered a serious illness which resulted in a hospital stay. Many people would have thrown the towel in at that point.

Not Vicky.

As soon as she was able, she got herself back on track, rebuilt her routine and continued moving forward.

That's what real success looks like.

Not perfection.
Not never facing challenges.
But continuing to show up when life throws obstacles in your path.

Nina has such a huge passion for exercise and helping others feel good… but she hasn’t always been this version of herself.

Over the last few years Nina has completely transformed her physique and lifestyle. She is fitter, healthier and stronger than ever before and absolutely fell in love with the process along the way πŸ”₯

She enjoyed the journey so much she decided she wanted to help others do the same and went on to complete her training to become an instructor πŸ‘ŠπŸ»

When Nina isn’t smashing classes in the gym, she’s working full time as a paramedic πŸš‘πŸ–€

πŸŽ‰πŸ–€ 6 YEARS OF ATD FITNESS πŸ–€πŸŽ‰

Honestly… where do we even start?

6 years ago, ATD started with a vision, a lot of hard work and a passion to create something bigger than just a gym. Since then, it's grown into one big community full of support, friendships, laughter, hard work, sweat, tears and life-changing transformations.

Through lockdowns, challenges, crazy early mornings, late nights, packed classes, charity events, personal struggles and massive wins… you lot have been there through it all.

Every single member, past and present, has played a part in getting us to where we are today, and we'll never be able to thank you enough for that.

What makes ATD special has never just been the workouts… it's the people. The atmosphere. The support. The feeling of walking through those doors and knowing you're part of something.

Watching people grow in confidence, get stronger physically and mentally, make friendships for life and completely change their lives has honestly been the biggest privilege.

It's been one hell of a journey so far and, despite all the ups and downs, we wouldn't change a second of it.

Thank you for backing us, believing in us and helping ATD become what it is today.

But turning one meal into:

The β€œf**k it” mentality every weekend is exactly why people stay stuck for YEARS.

Enjoy your life.
