ESAcrobatics A BG affiliated club offering gymnastics & trampolining classes. Classes are structured using the British Gymnastic trampoline development award scheme.

Gymnastic Classes
All classes are ability run. Classes start with a warm up, followed by basic skill practice before splitting into further ab

ility groups to work on the specific skills set for that week. Classes finish with fitness conditioning and stretching relevant to the gymnasts and vital for development. Trampoline classes
Classes are mixed ability and aged classes as each member is individually taught on the trampoline. Younger children are best suited to the 45minute classes and to whom may also need the assistance of an adult.

With the competition season coming to a close in May, we say goodbye to some of our gymnasts. Aoife,
Mari, Bella & Holly have been an absolute joy to coach over the number of years with many starting their gymnastics career with us from the age of 4.

They have blossomed into fine young women & we are very pleased to say all will still be around the gym in a coaching capacity. Passing on their expertise & knowledge to the younger gymnasts.

We are very lucky to have such a fantastic group of young coaches & leaders within the club.

Many of whom have been or who are members of our competitive squad. All role models for our younger gymnasts.

The future is very bright at ESA! 💛

Multi talented!

Great to see lots of footballers & gymnasts take part in the YMCA East Surrey Fun Run this morning.

Special mention to Ursula who finished 3rd in her age category 👏

Great to also have coaches Neve, Sophia & Maya running our stalls & inspiring the next generation of footballers & gymnasts.
