With thousands of hours of coaching experience, a Masters in Strength & Conditioning, and a passion for sports like Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, rugby and football, I help clients from elite athletes to everyday individuals get faster, fitter, and stronger. My approach: “First move well, then move often.”

Merry Christmas! 🎄We are closed over the festive period from 25th December to January 1st 2025. We reopen our doors from the 2nd January. Over this period we will be doing maintenance and redecorating the gym ready for the New Year! 🎉 We thank you all for another fantastic year at Performace Elite. What a year we have had and we have you all to thank for our success!

It’s been a blast of a year and we have guided, driven, educated and most importantly gained results and excelled in improving your sports performance and overall fitness.

We pride ourselves in getting to know each and every one of our members inside and outside the gym, because knowing what each member is training for, whether it be their professional sport or a fitness regime to improve their overall fitness or health, we are there to create the meal plan, the fitness plan, the workouts and the progress each step of the way.

Your fitness and the results you achieve are our goal and together we will help you achieve what you are aiming to improve.

We hosted our 1 Year Anniversary with an Open Day for all our Members, Friends and Family, we welcome anyone from the Reigate and surrounding areas to visit and experience our gym first hand, it was a great success and our members and the community supported us and enjoyed the events and prizes on the day

We had our Half Price Personal Trainer month in January to celebrate our 1 year anniversary, let us work on a bespoke plan to improve your sports performance, your health and nutrition to keep you healthy and fit for every occasion.

If you were one of the many who took up the opportunity of our 1/2 price personal trainer, you should be seeing the benefits of your training with a plan, complete with a menu full of healthy and nutrition packed meals.

This month in February we are hosting a 2 hour Kids fitness camp, FREE of charge to give you some insight into our Kids camps, those who book will also get 10% off the easter Kids Fitness Camp.

We feel that keeping children fit and healthy through our fitness camps, not only helps parents with the daily task of work, but benefits the children with a stable plan of fitness for an improved performance for their chosen sport. We are so excited about the Kids Fitness Camps and the success that the children have shown, through attending them, that we have extended the Summer Camps this year - It’s out 3rd Annual Summer Camps to improve your children’s stamina and overall fitness.
