Meadvale Karate Club

Meadvale Karate Club We are a friendly karate club based in Redhill, Surrey. Our training specializes in traditional karate in the Shukokai and Sh*to-ryu styles.

Our Sessions:
Mondays 4.15-5.15pm - Open to all
Wednesday evenings: Juniors 6-7pm, 7-8pm,
Seniors 8-9pm. We also enjoy using some martial arts weaponry to expand our knowledge and understanding. Gradings take place 3 times a year with the highlight being our Summer Event where the entire club meets together to train. We have entered competitions both in kumite

and kata and come away with many medals and trophies. In addition to our Karate training we enjoy self defence, conditioning, fitness training and have a lot of fun whilst we are doing it. For the Juniors, discipline is very important so that the sessions run smoothly and safely. All students benefit from increased self awareness and confidence, improvement in their spatial awareness, coordination and friendships. Whether you are interested in Martial Arts or just want to come and get fit we encourage you to come and see what we do. The first session is completely free so why not come along and see if you enjoy our sessions? Come and see what you are capable of achieving. We always reply to enquiries about joining our classes within 24 hours.
