NO INVERT SPINNY POLE COMBO

Learn this spinny pole combo with us!

Every Friday we have Spinny Pole at 7.30pm

Our combos are non invert combos to make spinny pole accessible for Improvers to Advanced.
Higher level options will be given on request for the last 10minutes of the class where you’re able to add in some inverts to the section but the focus is on having joy through movement and beauty in the flow.

WELL THAT WAS UNEXPECTED!!

Pole conditioning is ALSO included in our Beginners courses… to give you the best chance to get in those gains… and enjoy being tortured too whilst seeing ultimate progress in pole strength throughout the course.

In all seriousness - our students are absolutely NINJAS! People love it so much they continue after the course! It’s even a class people come to instead of normal pole classes… who would’ve known people get addicted to wanting to kill me for making them work hard… but give me a high five (not in the face) straight after?!

Pole conditioning is in the words of Lucy this morning “No Joke!”
