Friday we played a game with coach Ollie, where he had to drop words in while he coached.

9.1kg down.
Body fat reduced from 46% → 35.5%.
Muscle mass increased.

But the best part?

Debbie didn’t just lose weight.
She gained strength, confidence and consistency.

This is what happens when progress is built properly.

No quick fixes.
No extremes.
Just showing up, being coached properly and staying consistent over time.

The scale changed.
Her body composition changed.
But more importantly… her capability changed too.

Most people think confidence comes first.

It doesn’t.

Confidence comes from proving to yourself that you can do things you couldn’t do before.

Getting off the floor easier.
Walking upstairs without thinking about it.
Carrying shopping bags with ease.
Playing with your children or grandchildren for longer.

These are the wins that matter.

Strength isn’t just about lifting weights.

It’s about trusting your body.
Moving with confidence.
And knowing you’re capable of more than you were six months ago.

The best transformations aren’t always visible.

Sometimes they’re felt.

A year ago, Greg was hit by a car.

Most people would understand if he slowed down.
If he stopped training.
If he let it knock his confidence.

But he didn’t.

He stayed focused on recovery.
Stayed patient through the setbacks.
And kept showing up, even when progress felt slow.

Now?

He’s stronger than ever and just hit a deadlift he’s never lifted before.

That’s what consistency does.
That’s what resilience looks like.

It’s not always about going full speed.
Sometimes it’s about refusing to quit when life gives you every reason to.

Massive respect to Greg. This lift means more than just weight on a bar.

Danielle joined Society towards the end of last year and soon after found out she was pregnant with her third child.

Nearly 10 years on from her previous pregnancies, she expected this one to feel harder. Instead, she’s said it’s been her easiest.

Not because pregnancy suddenly became easy.
Not because she pushed harder.

Because she stayed consistent, trained around her body, and had coaches adapting things as she progressed.

Like a lot of people, Danielle had worries at the start. Concerns about overdoing it. Questions around lifting weights. Uncertainty around what was safe.

But with the right support, training became something that gave her more energy, helped ease back pain from previous pregnancies, and made her feel stronger physically and mentally.

One thing she said really stood out:

“Feels like I am doing something for myself and hope to carry it on once the baby arrives.”

There’s a lot of noise around what pregnancy fitness should look like. Sometimes it’s simply about feeling stronger, moving better, and having support around you every step of the way.

Pregnancy changes a lot. Your body. Your energy. Your confidence.

And for a lot of people, exercise suddenly feels uncertain.

This member joined Society and soon after found out she was pregnant with her third child. Nearly 10 years older than her previous pregnancies, she expected things to feel harder.

Instead, she’s called this her easiest pregnancy yet.

Not because she pushed harder.
Not because she trained through exhaustion.

Because she stayed consistent and had coaches adapting things every step of the way.

From helping ease back pain, to feeling stronger and more mobile, to simply having something that felt like time for herself.

That’s what good coaching should do. It should meet you where you are.

And maybe my favourite part:

“Feels like I am doing something for myself and hope to carry it on once the baby arrives.”

That right there matters.
