I have been a self employed personal trainer for 15 years and for the last 10 years I’ve committed some self care time on a Monday with my great friend Family Fit with Claire …about once a month we go an have a mini adventure on a Monday between classes and we call it FUN MONDAY. It doesn’t need to be a big trip sometimes it’s a local walk but today it was swimming in the sea and walking in the Seven Sister National Park. Such a great way to feel reinvigorated for life. If you get chance, do it and you will feel the benefits ❤️❤️

After our Snowdonia training weekend with Adventurous Ewe we continue the Mt Toubkal training closer to home with a 2 hour circuit up and down Reigate Hill a few times. Great team spirit….looking forward to more training in the sunshine before the big trip in October. Get those walking miles in 💪 😎

Classes are back ON after the Easter holidays and I have a NEW timetable. I’m starting my 10th weekly small group class and I’ve got 1 space left in it! Are you free at 12.15 on Fridays at Reigate Hill and do you want to get fitter and stronger with a fantastic group of supportive women? If you want to join us and that time doesn’t work I’ve also got spaces in the larger classes on Monday evenings and Saturday mornings 💪😀

Fantastic weekend in Snowdonia hike training for our Mt Toubkal challenge in October with Adventurous Ewe My cup is full from spending 3 days with a fantastic group of fun and supportive women that I am lucky enough to call clients ❤️. Two very different days…day 1 climbed snowdon and enjoyed a lakeside sauna Sawna Bach - The Scenic Sauna and cold lake dip in some sunshine. On day 2 we hiked in some remote areas in a crazy windy hail storm with Tom and Ian Morton with so many useful tips for our Moroccan challenge. Stayed at a fantastic hostel highly recommended. Feel rejuvenated!
