Once again, I’m posting Member of the Month a little late 😅
Nathan has been training with me since the start of the year and has done incredibly well. He’s followed my advice, stayed consistent, and made steady progress all year, even with holidays, golf trips, and a busy work schedule in the mix.
No crash diets or insane workouts. Just patience, consistency, two PT sessions a week, a bit of football or golf 1–2 times a week, and a nutrition plan focused on increasing protein and maintaining a calorie deficit.
