💖 MENOPAUSE FITNESS MYTH 💖

One of the biggest misconceptions I hear is that during menopause, women feel they need to exercise harder and harder to see results.

The truth?

✅ You don’t need to exercise harder.
✅ You need to exercise smarter.

Strength training can help support:
💪 Muscle strength
🦴 Bone health
⚖️ Balance
😊 Everyday confidence

And the good news is that even two strength sessions a week can make a real difference.

Fitness during menopause isn’t about punishing yourself with endless workouts. It’s about building strength, supporting your body, and feeling good in your everyday life.

🎶💗🪩 Still my Favourite Class 🪩💗🎶

Friday mornings will always have a special place in my heart 💕

We brought the 70s disco vibes to class this morning, and it was such a joyful start to the day! ✨💃🕺

When I look around this room, I feel so proud. This class started from nothing, and now it’s full every single week with the most amazing group of people. The friendships, the laughter, the support, the energy, and the commitment everyone brings make it so much more than just a fitness class.

Seeing so many people getting stronger, more confident, and enjoying movement together is exactly why I do what I do 🩷

Thank you to every single person who has walked through those doors, trusted me, supported me, and helped make this class what it is today. You are the reason it’s still my favourite. 💗

And of course, a little 70s disco always helps! 🎶🪩✨

🧡 I’m absolutely buzzing after launching my new Women’s Strength & Stretch classes a week ago! 🧡

A huge well done to all the amazing women who have attended so far. You’ve all shown up with such positivity, energy, and willingness to challenge yourselves, and I’m so proud of every one of you 💪💜

My goal is to help women build strength, improve flexibility, move with confidence, and feel great both physically and mentally. Seeing everyone enjoying the classes and supporting each other has made me even more excited about what’s to come.

I’m so looking forward to helping more women on their journey and can’t wait to see what the future holds for these classes. Thank you all for being part of it! ✨💕

Every day I get to help people move, feel stronger, build confidence and be part of an amazing community. I genuinely live for my fitness classes, and seeing busy classes is something I’m incredibly grateful for. Tonight was rammed 😳

I’m grateful but if I’m being honest, busy classes can also bring their own pressures. I spend a lot of time wondering if I’m doing enough, whether everyone is getting what they need, and if I’m meeting the different expectations and abilities of every person in the room.

I want everyone to feel supported, challenged, welcomed and successful, and sometimes I worry about whether I’m getting that balance right.

What keeps me going is seeing you all show up, work hard, support each other and leave feeling better than when you arrived. I hope you did tonight 🥰

So thank you for turning up, and for being part of this incredible community. I may not get everything perfect, but I can promise that I care deeply and always do my very best for every single person who walks through the door ❤️
