New Year Resolutions are unsuccessful for many reasons
1) You try to change to many things at once.
2) You lack motivation (it’s cold and dark when you get home from work you don’t want to go back out again)
3) You don’t know how to use the equipment so stick with what you know and go on the treadmill for 30 mins and leave.
4) You feel anxious and lack confidence in the gym. Everyone else knows what they are doing and you worry about looking stupid.

We focus so much on what we can’t do that we are then scared to try new things. I used to think like that “I can’t lift weights 🏋️‍♂️ I’m too weak “ the more you try the easier it gets.
