On CFS we had 3 on with 2 wins, 1 loss and 1 very happy coach.

1st up was Gopal with his second fight for SFG at a new lower weight oh 61kg. After a hesitant start got going in the 3rd but sadly lost a very close fight. Round 4 & 5 showed all the massive improvements he’s made.

2nd up was Rylan making his SFG debut, we had worked a lot of being the ballerina we know and love, keeping calm and on point. Big shout out to Ollie, taking the fight after both guys had pulled out’s ❤️ thank you.

3rd was Josh taking on a very strong pressure fighter and showed his slick technical skills we see every day the gym. Despite a nasty cut in the fight Josh kept composed and on point all 5 rounds to take the win.

I love this gym and eveyone inside it, without you it’s just an old factory unit ❤️. Thank you for all the supporting crew who cheer us on❤️🥹

Lerdrit ! We had 3 fights on, all stepping up to representing SFG.

1st up was Owen delivered a top class Muay Khao performance for all 5 rounds and I was very sure we took the W but it was a split loss.

2nd was Ranz putting in a class 3 rounds but some rib damage he took a few weeks ago took its toll and fight was stopped in 5th and a fair result.

3rd was Bishal making his debut and wow what a performance to take a solid Win with some fast strong hands and counters.

Very proud of everyone’s performance ❤️
