7:00โ€“7:45pm at Gregson Lane Community Centre (mix of indoors & outdoors)

Looking for a session that pushes you without taking itself too seriously? GritFit bootcamp is all about simple, effective full-body training mixed with intervals of cardio, strength work and functional movements. Expect a bit of everything โ€“ squats, core work, circuits, partner drills and the occasional โ€œwhy did I agree to this?โ€ momentโ€ฆ followed quickly by laughter and a sense of achievement ๐Ÿ˜„

Itโ€™s fun, friendly and welcoming to all fitness levels โ€“ you work at your own pace, but youโ€™ll definitely leave feeling like youโ€™ve done something.

Well done on our new Functional+ this morning, it was brutal! ๐Ÿ’ฅ We had menโ€™s day today, where were all the ladies at?
Our new Functional+ combines functional stations with a cardio station in between each one. Today we had short 30sec bursts and it was such a toughy, you were all amazing and I donโ€™t think anyone had anything left by the end. Awesome effort everyone ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

What a day! ๐ŸŒฟ๐Ÿง˜๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ๐ŸŒณ๐Ÿ„โ€โ™€๏ธ

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for todayโ€™s Wild Reset at Rock & River. We started with a lakeside bootcamp, took to the water for paddleboarding, slowed things down with yoga in the woods, and finished the day with pizza by the lake ๐Ÿ•๐Ÿ’š

You all worked incredibly hard, threw yourselves into every part of the day, and brought such a fantastic energy. I hope you left feeling stronger, refreshed, relaxed, and completely recharged.

Thank you for spending your Sunday with me and making it such a special day. I loved every minute of it and canโ€™t wait to do it all again! โœจ
