THE OFFICIAL START LIST IS HERE 🏁

The countdown is on.

FYWF HYROX SIMULATION

Whether you’re taking on the Full HYROX Simulation or the FYWF Scaled Simulation, we want this to feel like a proper event from the moment you start to the moment you cross that finish line.

But September 13th isn’t just for the people racing…

Come down, make some noise, grab some food or a drink and get behind everyone taking part.

We’ll have plenty going on throughout the day:

Our first competitors head off at 8:30am, with the final finishers expected around 3–4pm.

And if you’re racing early, stick around or come back later. We want the final competitors coming across that finish line to get just as much support as the first.

This isn’t another HYROX practice day. This is an event in its own right.

Whether you’re a complete novice looking for something to aim towards, or a seasoned HYROX athlete wanting to race — we’ve got two versions to suit all abilities.

🏆 FULL HYROX SIMULATION
Full distances and standards.
Competitive race with podium prizes for 1st, 2nd & 3rd.

❤️ FYWF SIMULATION
Same movements.
Reduced distances and adjusted weights.
Designed to be achievable for all abilities.

Another weekend. Another challenge.

This weekend a group of FYWF members headed over to DEKA Manchester.

Some were chasing PBs.
Some were stepping onto the competition floor for the first time.
Some just wanted to prove to themselves they could do it.

Different goals.
Same support.

One of the best things about these events isn’t the finish time or where you place.

It’s watching people back themselves, cheer each other on and leave with more confidence than they arrived with.

That’s what we’re trying to build at Find Your Way Fitness.

Not just a gym.

A group of people who keep showing up for each other.

🏁 HYROX SIMULATION 2026

We’ve had quite a few questions about the difference between the HYROX Simulation and the FYWF HYROX Simulation, so we’ve put together a quick guide explaining both events and the movement standards.

The biggest thing to remember is…

🏆 HYROX Simulation
This is our full race simulation, following official HYROX distances and standards as closely as possible.

❤️ FYWF HYROX Simulation
Exactly the same exercise order, just with reduced running distances and scaled weights to make it achievable for almost everyone.

Both events are designed to challenge you, both have an incredible atmosphere, and every participant receives:
