Advanced Strokes

Advanced Strokes Lessons Monday to Friday 6.30 pm and Saturday 3.30 pm

As an Advanced First Strokes swimmer, we will take your skills further by building on your fitness and technique.

You will now build on your stroke and work on stamina and distance. Swimmers will work towards achieving their Water Safety 2 and 3 badges.

Advanced Strokes progressive lessons will take you to over 1000m and practice tumble turns, racing starts, and good core strength and stamina 💪🏅

First Strokes 2 Lessons Monday to Friday 5.30 pm and Saturday 2.30 pm

First Strokes 3 Lessons Monday to Friday 6 pm and Saturday 3 pm. Lengths Class

Our First Strokes swimmers have developed their confidence in the water and their awesome swimming kick. These lessons are all about putting the swimming strokes together.

Swimmers at this level have developed the muscles they need to go further with their faces in the water, fast legs, and a stroke that makes them independent swimmers 🏊‍♀️🏊‍♂️

Early Strokes Lessons

Parent & Child lessons Monday, Thursday, Friday 9.30 am & Saturday 10 am are suitable for swimmers from 6months to 2 years

Parent & Child lessons Monday, Thursday, Friday 10 am & Saturday 10.30 am are suitable for swimmers from 2years

Early Strokes 1 lessons Monday 10.30 am & Thursday, Friday 10.30/11 am & Saturday 11/11.30 am (Teacher in water instead of Parent)

Early Strokes 2 lessons Monday to Friday 4 pm & Saturday 12/12.30 pm

Early Strokes 3 lessons Monday to Friday 4.30 pm & Saturday 1/1.30 pm

Early Strokes lessons are a perfect introduction to swimming 💦💦Swimmers will start to explore their independence in the water with lots of kicking, singing, and fun activities to help them along 🎶 🎶

Our progressive lessons will soon have our swimmers confidently putting their faces in the water and swimming short distances on their front and back – with lots of jumping in along the way 🏊‍♀️🏊‍♂️🏊‍♀️
