Does your child love cricket? Want to learn new skills, make friends and have loads of fun along the way? 💙
Our All Star Cricket Programme at Ashys Cricket Academy, coached by Bethany Harvey, is specially designed for children aged 6–9 years. 🙌
Through fun, engaging sessions, children will learn to:
🏏 Bat — learn to hit, strike & score!
⚡ Bowl — develop accuracy & confidence
🧤 Field — catch, throw & stop the ball
🧤 Wicketkeep — learn the basics behind the stumps
⭐ Build confidence — whilst having fun and making new friends!
⏰ Every Saturday morning
🏏 9:00–10:00 AM — Batting & Bowling
🧤 10:00–11:00 AM — Fielding & Wicketkeeping
Whether your child is new to cricket or already loves the game, our All Star sessions are a fantastic way to learn, play and grow their confidence. 🌟

The countdown is on! We’re excited to launch our All Stars Softball Cricket Programme, designed especially for boys and girls aged 6+ who want to learn cricket in a fun, friendly and supportive environment.

I had the pleasure of joining BBC Lancashire Sport to share my personal journey and the vision behind the launch of Ashy’s Cricket Academy. 🏏🎙️

What began as a love for cricket has evolved into a mission to make the game accessible to players of all ages and abilities, providing opportunities to play, learn, develop, have fun, and grow both on and off the field.

It was a privilege to talk about the inspiration behind Ashy’s Cricket Academy—how my childhood experiences shaped my passion for the sport and motivated me to give back to the community by creating opportunities for the next generation of cricketers.

A huge thank you to Andy Bayes at BBC Lancashire Sport for providing me with a platform to share this exciting new chapter and the values that drive the academy.
