Walking Netball

What is it? It’s netball at a slower pace with a few tweaks to the rules.

You can’t jump or run and you have 4 seconds to pass the ball.

Perfect for anyone who’s had to give up the game as we know it, through injury or simply knees/ankles can’t take it.

Come give it a go! Age, experience or gender is no barrier. If you can move, you can play 💜🧡
