Great weekend from some of our members.

I’m not one of those “influencers” who tells you what to eat, when to eat it, and probably how to breathe while doing it 😂

I just try to keep it real… because I also enjoy living my life (shocking, I know).

BUT… I do care about health, feeling good, and not lying on the sofa questioning life choices after demolishing a full Easter egg 🫠

Let’s be honest, over the next few days you could absolutely inhale a whole egg per day…

…but will you feel like a glowing wellness icon afterwards?

Or a slightly regretful chocolate goblin? 🐰🍫

So here’s the challenge 👇
Before you crack it open… pause.

Ask yourself:
“Is this going to make me feel amazing… or like I need a nap and a new personality?”

If it’s a YES → go all in, no regrets, enjoy every bite 💪

If it’s a hmm maybe not → split it, save half, and thank yourself later 🙌

Turns out… chocolate actually tastes better when you’re not in a food coma 😅
