We’d like to wish our very own coach Josh Reilly | The Coach for Everyday Athletes a massive GOOD LUCK today as he takes on an incredible 24-hour adaptive bicycle ride! 🚴‍♂️💚

He’s taking on the challenge to raise money for two amazing causes:

💚 Supporting CRY (Cardiac Risk in the Young) to help fund cardiac screening days, giving young people aged 14–35 the opportunity to be tested for previously undiagnosed heart conditions.

🚲 Helping to promote and increase access to adaptive bicycles, giving more people with disabilities and learning difficulties the opportunity to experience the enjoyment, freedom and exercise that cycling can bring.

An incredible challenge for two incredibly worthwhile causes. 24 hours on a bike is no joke, go smash it Josh and friends! 💪🏽💚

Next Wave is our kids’ movement classes, designed to build confidence, learn new skills and have fun. 🤸🏼‍♀️

CLASS TIMES:
Wednesdays 4PM 8-15 year olds
Sundays 10AM 4-7 year olds

Classes are £70 for a block of 7 consecutive weeks. Starting w/c 31st August 🗓️

Spaces will be limited so don’t miss out! This will be available to non-members too!
