Located by Cuerden Valley just off Wigan Rd, Performance 18 has been fitted with everything you need to allow you to

A huge congratulations to member Gary for not only completing โ€˜The Lapโ€™ a 47 mile ultra around Windermere but for knocking 2 hours (THATโ€™S RIGHT, 2 HOURS!) off his previous time!

Heโ€™s had a few distractions outside of running but this guy turns up and when says heโ€™s gonna do something, heโ€™ll do it!

Youโ€™re the man mate and an inspiration to people half your age!

Weโ€™re having a slight shake up with our May social and will be holding a Rounders Tournament on Sunday 17th May starting from 12.30pm!

This will be down at Vernons Sports Club, Factory Lane, PR1 9SN

During the tournament thereโ€™ll be a BBQ and chance to have a couple of beers!

Member Shoutout!

One of the OGs is absolutely flying at the moment and itโ€™s great to see!

Mandy and had a good chat back in January to outline where her training and lifestyle needed to go to get back to the amazing results she has previously achieved.

This has seen her:
Maintain her strength ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ
Lose over 15kg Body Fat ๐Ÿ“‰
Drop 11% Body Fat Percentage ๐Ÿ“‰

Alongside this she has stuck to her rehab having worked closely with this has helped to keep that accountability and โ€˜snowball effectโ€™ going - we ainโ€™t stopping yet!
