What an amazing lady not only in the water but on land .
1928 she eventually crossed the Gibraltar straits , what a challenge she had then .
We are so lucky to have the resources and skills of our pilots and crew now. Thank you .
This book is fascinating .

Well worth the wait - today we did it 4hrs 33mins Tarifa (Spain) to Africa - thank you all Pat - Clive and the boat teams and everyone tracking us today . Couldn’t do it without you .x

I will be home soon , still no swim yet here - wind gods misbehaving ! I am hopeful - my team mates illusive !

So I am off on a boat to see the straits another way and hopefully some wildlife 🤞
