When Katy came back in the summer, she wanted to lose weight - I knew we were in for one hell of a ride. And yeah, sheโ€™s smashed it, losing 10kg since then.

But what sheโ€™s gained? Thatโ€™s the best bit.
- Confidence that actually sticks.
- Belief in herself.
- And a space where she can leave the world at the door and just have a minute for herself.

I knew from the minute I met Katy she was going to smash this out of the park. Every single week she shows up, she sweats, she makes the most out of her sessions, she keeps on track, sheโ€™s trusting the process - and sheโ€™s rewarded with the incredible results she sees & feels.

My first ever spend the day with me ๐Ÿ“น๐Ÿ’ซ

As some of you already know, I recently took the leap into going full-time self-employed โ€” which honestly still feels surreal to say out loud. I wasnโ€™t expecting to be in this position within my first 12 months as a PTโ€ฆ let alone just 3 months in ๐Ÿฅน

Iโ€™m so beyond grateful for every single person whoโ€™s supported me, believed in me, trained with me, shared kind words, or cheered me on from the sidelines. Youโ€™ve all helped make this happen, and I donโ€™t take that for granted for a second ๐Ÿฉท

Iโ€™m signing off for the weekend to enjoy some good vibes, good music (hello Sam Fender ๐ŸŽถ), and fast cars at Santa Pod ๐ŸŽ๏ธ๐Ÿ

๐ŸŒŸ 1 YEAR ๐ŸŒŸ
To celebrate a year of my new lifestyle, I want to give as many people as possible the chance to give the gym a chance, and see what a huge impact it could have on your life and that actually, itโ€™s not as scary as you might think!

A year ago in June, I signed up to the gym for the 5th time
- hoping this time it would stick, in a final desperate attempt to find happiness.
Little did I know what a huge part of my life it would become!

Not only have seen the scales drop significantly, my clothes size drop, and my relationship with food improve - I have also found myself & created a life which brings me so much joy. AND finally found my little way of helping people ๐Ÿฉท

Back in March my baby Move it with Mays was born, wanting to help others find happiness in and out of the gym, little did I know 3 months on Iโ€™d be in a position where Iโ€™m having to make more time to fit people in, with my Calender back to back with clients & consultations - people who want to take their first step into a new lifestyle. Iโ€™m so so so grateful to those who supported me since fatbeachdiaries, and watched me grow into moving mays ๐Ÿฅน๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿผ

Albeit, the stress of training as a PT, life and many other factors have slowed my progress down - BUT slow progress is still progress!

This is not a diet, a quick fix or ticking a box. This is real life, results that stick & an hour out of your day that doesnโ€™t feel like a chore.
