🚲 7pm Friday 21st August will be my last Spin class 😭 there's a few reasons why I've had to make that decision and I'm sad to lose it, it's always been my favourite- come along to my last one!!
💪 Pump will still be on Tues 6 & 7pm, Fri 9:30am.
💪 TIDE on Sunday 23rd August is the last one for the month, keep an eye out for September dates this week.
