So… what actually is pressotherapy? Let me explain it simply. 👇
Imagine putting on a suit that gives your body a gentle, rhythmic squeeze — a little like when a blood pressure cuff inflates around your arm.
The difference is that here, the chambers inflate and release one after another, creating a wave of pressure that moves along your legs and body. 🤍
So you’ll feel the suit gently tightening… then releasing… then tightening again.
It’s not painful — just a firm, controlled pressure.
And once you get used to the sensation, you can simply lie back, relax and let the machine do the work. ✨
