Location: Church Hall
Time: 1830-1930

Price: £7.00 per session
Block of 4 sessions: £26.00
Block of 4 sessions plus a JMD Personal Training T-shirt: £40.00

Please bring an exercise matt to each session, all other equipment is provided. A bottle of water and suitable trainers are also essential.

After a long winter of training, me and my crew from Coverack just came 5th out of 122 boats in the Isles of Scilly World Pilot Gig Championships! 🌎💛

Personal training and classes will resume as normal after the bank holiday weekend.

Dates and times: Mondays at 18:30 AND/OR Fridays at 09:30 throughout January and February (8 weeks)

Location: St Keverne Church Hall

These sessions are for women wanting to improve their cardiovascular and strength endurance in a class environment. Each session consists of a 60-minute full body workout including a warm up and cool down.

Please bring your own exercise mat. All other equipment will be provided, however if you do have a kettlebell or a pair of dumbbells..feel free to bring them along too!

Another year on and i’m still shocking at taking photos and videos of clients and classes, so here’s a little round up of what I do have 😂

Now that 2022 is done and dusted, I still have space to take on new clients for 2023 for:

- Mobile Personal Training (Lizard Peninsula)
- Personal Training at Carn Brea Leisure Centre
- Online programming with weekly check-ins
- Personal Training sessions COMBINED with online programming (highly recommend for the best results 😁)

These sessions can be individual, paired or as a small group.

Hi everyone!

I have some availability for both Mobile and Gym-based Personal Training coming up!

Mobile PT is for those who live in the Lizard Peninsula/Helston area. These sessions can be between 30 and 60 minutes for individual, paired or small group training.

Gym sessions are based at Carn Brea Leisure Centre for 60 minutes, individual or paired training.

Online programming tailored to your ability and goals is also a remote option. More information can be found on my website.

✨Combine at least 1 weekly PT session and receive the online programming package for only an extra £15.00 a week! ✨
