This isn’t just a physical transformation, it’s confidence you can see.
Kirsty’s posture is taller, her smile is freer, and the way she carries herself now tells a very different story.

Over the past year kirsty has shown up consistently, done the work (even on the hard days), and trusted the process. Strength has been built not just in muscle, but in belief —belief in what her body can do and in herself.

As a Personal Trainer, this is the part that makes me most proud 💕
Not the numbers lifted or the photos side by side, but the growth in confidence, self-respect, and presence.
