After lots of requests and selling out last time,we are bringing back our 4 week Ayesha building course ❤️

Are you a strong inverter ready to start working towards your Ayesha? This course is designed for students who haven't yet started learning the move or are still working on achieving their first Ayesha

Over four weeks we'll focus on building the strength, technique and confidence needed for this iconic inversion. Expect plenty of conditioning, drills and progressions to help you develop the foundations required for a safe and successful Ayesha.

Prerequisites:
- A confident Gemini (Outside Leg Hang)
- A strong Jamilla

As this is a building course, we'll meet you where you are. If you're currently comfortable in Gemini, you'll spend time developing your Butterfly and Extended Butterfly alongside the conditioning work, while those further along will begin working through the Ayesha progressions.

This course is suitable whether you're aiming for your very first Ayesha or looking to build the strength and technique needed to get you there.

Ready to discover your natural flow on the spinning pole? In this 1.5 hour workshop, we’ll explore how to transition smoothly and gracefully between moves - moving from the thinking stage to the feeling stage, where every movement feels intentional and fluid. If you’ve been to one of our spinny workshops before, don’t worry - each one is different ✨ So make sure you book into this one too, as they’ll be plenty of new moves and combinations to explore!

This is suitable for all levels, but you must have completed at least a level 1 pole course (either with us or elsewhere). All are welcome to join us, you don’t need to be a current student of ours to join in 🥰
