First attempt at Chum Kiu form for some of our students last week to start the lesson off and some welcomed practise for the rest of us. Looking forward to seeing everyone improve with some more repetitions and how it can be incorporated into their Ving Tsun knowledge.

We will do are best to promote true Ip Man Ving Tsun and may your teachings live on in the next generation of kung fu students it gives confidence to and their lives it inspires.

One more lesson next week before a short Christmas break , although we will be right back at it on January 2nd for all those wanting to train some more! Finished with a bit of Ving Tsun cardio tonight, pre emptively striking them mince pies everyone will no doubt be eating 👊🏻

Following a great Juniours lesson. In the adults class tonight some students started to dig into their next grading material, while the rest of us focused on improving our Chi Sau roll followed by a bit of hard work/fun with rear choke escapes.
