Wow, you're amazing! 🎉

Couch to Court has had such a great response that all spaces for our first six week programme are now taken. Thank you to everyone who signed up, we can't wait to see you on the court.

Thinking about giving Couch to Court a go but not sure if it's for you?

Our 6-week beginner programme runs on Thursdays 6-7:30pm at Carn Brea Leisure Centre Trust, starting on 10th September. ÂŁ5 per session and your very first session is free. Come to as many as suit you, though we'd recommend at least 4 sessions to really feel the benefit.

NEW: Couch to Court starts Thursday 10th September!

Never played netball, or haven't picked up a ball in years? This 6-week programme is for you. No experience necessary, every rule explained, and you go at your own pace.

Thursdays, 6:00-7:30pm
Carn Brea Leisure Centre
ÂŁ5 per session and your first session is FREE
All ladies 18+ welcome

We'd love to see you for at least 4 of the 6 weeks to get the most out of it, but come along whenever suits.

Here is the full info on our sessions which start this week at Carn Brea Leisure Centre Trust. We’re really excited to be able to train here every week.

We’ve been running for a few years in the Redruth area and currently have a lovely group of ladies with a wide age range from 20s-70+. New members are more than welcome.

Walking netball is a slower, low-impact version of standard netball, designed for all ages and fitness levels, promoting physical activity and social connection.

It is netball but there is no running and jumping, and your allowed an extra step and 4-seconds to pass the ball.

Our sessions often feature warm-ups, drills, and friendly, accessible games, ideal for those returning to the sport or recovering from injury.

If you’re interested in joining send us a Facebook message or an email. There is a quick online form to fill in and then you can come along and join in the fun.

We're looking forward to hosting St Agnes Walking Netball club tonight for a friendly game.

Our venue has changed to Carn Brea Leisure Centre for this game, so there is no session at Pool Academy tonight.

Happy International Women’s Day to the amazing women of Red Choughs Walking Netball Club ❤️

Our club is about so much more than netball. It’s about friendship, laughter, keeping active and supporting each other every week. From our walk and talk warm up, to the first whistle and the last chats in the car park, Red Choughs is full of encouragement, kindness and proper Cornish community spirit.

Whether you’ve played netball for years or only just decided to give it a go, showing up, having fun and being part of something together is what makes this group so special.

Today we celebrate every woman who steps onto the court. You are strong, inspiring and a big part of what makes our local community so brilliant.

Here’s to many more games, giggles and great teamwork with the Red Choughs ❤️

If anyone was thinking of joining us for their first session this Thursday, Netball will be at Carn Brea Leisure Centre instead of Pool Academy this week from 6pm-7pm.

Hot off the press! We're pleased to share Red Choughs Walking Netball's confirmed session info and that the group are back on court on Thursday!

Based near Pool and keen to give Walking Netball a try? Take a look at their flyer for details. They've extended their sessions by half an hour but participants are still welcome to come along at 6:00pm if they can't get there for 5:30pm!
