Enter the TRX Muscle-Up! ๐Ÿ˜

Typically done on pull-up bars or Olympic rings, but guess what? Itโ€™s way more accessible on the TRX! ๐Ÿ™Œ

With your feet on the floor, youโ€™re lifting just half your bodyweight and can even use your legs for a little boost. But donโ€™t worry, this is still a tough move to conquer ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ

Set your strap height so your handles are at hip level, so your arms are straight on the push through ๐Ÿค

That smooth pull-push action and the speed you can achieve while staying in control is what makes this move great ๐Ÿ‘Š

This move targets your obliques like no other ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ

Itโ€™s a standing based core move which is easier on the wrists unlike other floor based movements ๐Ÿ™
