These two exercises are featuring in my mixed ability classes this term. The classics are amazing and should be respected but it is so important that the principles are focused on and core engagement, neutral spine and table top can be maintained well for so many other movements. I like adding the ball into these basics to bring a stronger focus back on these areas and the breathing to really build on the foundation and make the body strong for the next phase.
