As a busy mum, I know healthy eating often falls apart when meals become repetitive.
So for the next 30 days, I'm challenging myself to create a brand-new salad every single day.
Not sad lettuce. Not diet food.
Simple, delicious salads that:

βœ… Help you get more protein and veg
βœ… Take minutes to make
βœ… Actually taste amazing

I started running thinking it is a cheap way to exercise.
Thousands of pounds later:

- socks
- running shoes
- gels
- tops, leggings, shorts
- races
- accomodation
- glide
- hats
- running glasses
- thermal
- running jackets
- bras
- electrolytes
- chews, snacks

All in multiples so I can run a few times a week.

1000 of you joined me on this journey. It took me 4 years! (But really only in the last 6 months when I put myself out there).

If my content can inspire even one person to move more, lift heavier, eat slightly better, than this is massive to me
