I tend not to share my progress photos, because I absolutely hate them but in the last 16.5 weeks Iโve been the most locked in that Iโve been in a very very long time!
Decided to take some progress pics this morning after hitting my lowest weight since mid October last year and Iโm definitely very happy with the comparison ๐ฅ
This has been done whilst still enjoying a balanced social life, and working full time! Some weeks I donโt have time to get absolutely everything ticked off, and sometimes I certainly havenโt made the best decisions based on my goals, but either way, Iโve made positive changes and the results are coming through! ๐
I still have some work to do, but Iโm glad Iโm no longer feeling tired, and uncomfortable like I was back in February ๐
Currently feeling much more comfortable in my own skin, I have more energy and Iโm feeling stronger too! ๐คฉ
None of this could be achieved without a fixed plan with daily non-negotiables that fit into my everyday life!
