I tend not to share my progress photos, because I absolutely hate them but in the last 16.5 weeks Iโ€™ve been the most locked in that Iโ€™ve been in a very very long time!

Decided to take some progress pics this morning after hitting my lowest weight since mid October last year and Iโ€™m definitely very happy with the comparison ๐Ÿ”ฅ

This has been done whilst still enjoying a balanced social life, and working full time! Some weeks I donโ€™t have time to get absolutely everything ticked off, and sometimes I certainly havenโ€™t made the best decisions based on my goals, but either way, Iโ€™ve made positive changes and the results are coming through! ๐Ÿ‘€

I still have some work to do, but Iโ€™m glad Iโ€™m no longer feeling tired, and uncomfortable like I was back in February ๐Ÿ˜Œ

Currently feeling much more comfortable in my own skin, I have more energy and Iโ€™m feeling stronger too! ๐Ÿคฉ

None of this could be achieved without a fixed plan with daily non-negotiables that fit into my everyday life!

Currently sitting at 6.4kg down from hitting my heaviest and itโ€™s feeling super sustainable and Iโ€™m still making good progress! ๐Ÿ˜Œ

Could be a little further along by now of course! But with a couple of set backs and still enjoying a good social life alongside it, Iโ€™m definitely very happy with where Iโ€™m at currently and how itโ€™s going! ๐Ÿ“ˆ

A slower week with some of the non-negotiables taking a step back this week but progress still being made nonetheless!

When things donโ€™t quite go to plan, focus on the things you can control! My nutrition was never going to drop this week, despite needing to miss a couple of sessions and having lower steps for a couple of days! ๐Ÿ™…โ€โ™€๏ธ
