If you fancy getting stuck in a class tomorrow then why don't you join us..?? My Stretch class is yoga on speed lol! We do get to breathe but we move in and out of positions to enable us to stretch further, quicker..

With the New Year fast approaching and needing something to kick start us off in a good way join me with the January Challenge

We done this last year and it was a hit which is why its back ☺️☺️ This challenge is for all abilities and ages.

If you join Mels Fitness then you get this challenge for free, however if you just want to do the challenge then you just need to pay Β£5 to join.

We go live again on Tuesday Evening with our stretch (28th Nov)

What is stretch... Well its a slowed down version of our PIYO (if you have tried that)..
Still unsure what piyo is well it's inspired by yoga and pilates moves combined where we work and stretch each muscle in a flow movement.. We also do development stretches to really feel the full benefits while we have fun and have some time out :)

We start at 6.30pm and it finishes at 7.30pm.. we are at Nene Valley Community Centre..

Its Β£5 a class so if you haven't already tried it then it's your chance to :) or if you want to get back into it them come along!

(Money has to be paid in advance to secure your place and is unfortunately nonrefundable)

Let's talk Bums?

This is the latest fashion 🀭 Big Bums thats what the world wants! A nice toned bum! Trust me this isn't what it all cracks up to be.. it comes with a ⚠️ Having a toned bum with big muscles is not easy getting it into jeans.. This always results in a workout around your room doing lunges and squats to get them on 🀣🀣
However, jokes aside working your bum, gaining the strength helps with pelvic posture, knee pain and also makes the back of you look nice!

Let's talk Tums?

The part we can't see right! Or wonder do we have them they are somewhere! Well let me tell you they are.. I hate using the word abs or tums because really we want to work Core.. This is all that region, lower back, obliques and stomachs.. Without each off then working together we won't have a core so why not work all three! By losing weight you see definitions of the core.. That doesn't mean that they're strong, that means there is less fat around that area.. However by working them we will gain strength and that is important for posture, stability and balance..

We work all three of these areas in my Legs, Bums and Tums class.. We work hard and we variety it up.. What does that mean..?? Well I mix across different workout platforms I. Each of my classes to help us in every day to day life..

Every workout will have different options for beginners, intermediate and advance..
