A couple of weeks ago, I achieved a lifelong dream.

I remember when I left my tech job in 2018, people asked me why I was leaving.

I had the CFO, marketing director, and sales manager all in the room with me, and I responded โ€œI want to become a bodybuilderโ€.

Donโ€™t say this by the way if youโ€™re leaving a job, even if you believe it. People looked at me like I was mad ๐Ÿ˜‚.

But 7 years laterโ€ฆ Iโ€™m a man of my word.

I started lifting when I was 17, and Iโ€™m sure a lot of guys can relate with my motivations - I didnโ€™t like being skinny, I saw these fitness models and wanted to look like them, and going to the gym made me feel good.

13 years, consistently lifting, hitting my protein, late nights, early mornings in the gym - all the basic stuff youโ€™re supposed to do.

And here I finally became one of the guys that 17 year old me looked up to.

This one was all about fulfilling a kids dream,

Wow, wow, wow, just looking at these pictures side by side makes me feel insanely proud!

If youโ€™ve followed me for a while youโ€™ll know all about and her amazing journey.

From 120kg, underactive thyroid, struggling to lose weight, lacking motivation, not knowing what to do in the gym or what to eat, self conscious about her bodyโ€ฆ

To what you see now.

There could have been a million excuses for why Cassy couldnโ€™t do this, but she did the most important thing - take action and commit.

I hope everyone takes inspiration from this, if you believe you can change and you commit to a process - you will.

Nobody is stuck in a body they donโ€™t like and Cassy has proven time and time again that change is possible.

Every goal is achievable with the right plan ๐Ÿ‘Š

I actually forgot to interview after his shoot, but what a few years itโ€™s been for him.

From 177kg down to 83kg (96kg at the time of recording this video), heโ€™s done a Hyrox, a shoot, and another Hyrox to come in December.

Words can barely do this transformation from justice โ€” but Iโ€™ll try my best.

From 177kg โžก๏ธ 83kg.

Jonathan has lost more fat than I currently weigh IN TOTAL.

Let that sink in.

Over the past two and a half years, heโ€™s completely rebuilt himself โ€” putting in relentless work in the gym, learning nutrition, and applying everything Iโ€™ve taught him with 100% commitment.

And the result? Not just the best transformation Iโ€™ve seen on my coaching - but maybe the best Iโ€™ve seen full stop.

And not just in body, but in confidence, energy, and purpose.

The way he carries himself, from the day I first met him, to now is night and day.

Heโ€™s already done his first Hyrox in Jan, and with another one lined up for December, Jonoโ€™s always up for a challenge.

Also, in a world of weight loss jabs, I think itโ€™s important to stress that this was done completely naturally.

No shortcuts.
No gimmicks.
Just pure hard work, consistency, and discipline.

Jonathan is living proof that when you commit fully to the process, thereโ€™s no limit to what you can achieve.

From beer belly to lean machine! ๐Ÿปโžก๏ธ๐Ÿ’ช all the way from China is absolutely killing it as we wrap up his cut phase, and the results speak for themselves.

This transformation is awesome to see side by side with the same lighting, no camera tricks, and completely unflexed.

Iโ€™ve focussed on sculpting his chest and shoulders while shedding that stubborn belly fat, and itโ€™s safe to say itโ€™s worked.

But itโ€™s not just about the looksโ€”Billโ€™s confidence is through the roof, and his health markers have never looked better! ๐Ÿ“ˆ

Now itโ€™s time to pack on some serious muscle in the bulking phase ๐Ÿ’ช

An honour to meet today fitness mentoring

Itโ€™s quite surreal to think just 3 years ago I was looking for direction in a job I disliked, to now shaking hands with the potential future prime minister, and public speaking to a room of nearly 100 people about fitness and entrepreneurship.

If thereโ€™s 2 things Iโ€™ve learnt, itโ€™s to not be afraid to step out of your comfort zone (public speaking still makes me nervous!) and to learn from those who have achieved what you want to achieve.

Thank you as always to for organising these events and allowing me to share my knowledge on fitness with entrepreneurs across the country.
