Some gifts mean more than words can ever say. ❤️

As some of you may no 11 weeks ago we where struck with tragedy, our Rack Gym family lost several very very close friends. Each and every one of them played a part in our journey and helped make The Rack Gym the place it is today. They weren't just members—they were family.

On our first birthday, we were given one of the most meaningful gifts we could ever receive. The wonderful Ruth had Big Pat's training top beautifully framed for us. Seeing it brought tears to our eyes all over again.

Big Pat's top will always have pride of place in The Rack Gym. It will stand as a reminder of his dedication, his friendship, and the memories we all shared together.

To everyone we've lost, thank you for being part of our story. You will never be forgotten, and you will always be a part of The Rack Gym. ❤️💚
