What an absolutely incredible Hold Fast Challenge day for the amazing Women Empowering Defence community!

We cannot stress how much we enjoyed this day.
These ladies were beyond superb.
A brilliant group, who supported each other throughout an amazing day.
We are hugely proud of them!
The Hold Fast Challenges are all about the mindset.
No fuss
No excuses
Just get it done
And they absolutely did.😎💪🔥

From the awesome Mary, an amputee and a Royal Navy veteran, who showed what a strong, positive mindset, and some proper grit can do, to Stacey, an RAF veteran, who did the challenge through physical adversity, to ladies, who had a fear of water. These ladies were brilliant, and relentless in their laughter, smiles, and friendships.
A delicious BBQ courtesy of our friends at Amazon.co.uk was the icing on the cake.

A wonderful day for a wonderful organisation.

We provide something unique, and lasting, and it is for EVERYONE.

A brilliant snapshot of a typical day on baby divers course. "Awkward" - 2 minutes to get dressed, (The neck rings are long gone now.🙏) mud runs, circuits, and fast prep for air diving.
A fantastic course, and a unique identity.
