MONDAY MEANS FITSTEPS!!

That was a very hot and sweaty class today! 💃🏼🥵

I’ve been teaching this class for over 10 years in this lovely little village hall, and I love it just as much now as I did when I started back in 2014. It’s 45 mins of cardio arranged like interval training to fun music and it really is fun!!

Hi, I’m Amy! I’ve been passionate about health and fitness for as long as I can remember—starting out as a dance teacher and fitness instructor before becoming a Personal Trainer about 7 years ago.

My mission? To help busy people—especially women—who are juggling life and feel like they never have time for themselves.

I’m here to show you that you can prioritise your health, feel strong, and achieve your goals, whatever they may be.

My own goals have evolved over the years. These days, it’s all about feeling healthy, energised, and empowered—especially as we mature.

Strength isn’t just physical, it’s a mindset, and I love helping my clients discover both.

I believe lifting weights should feel empowering, not intimidating. You don’t have to go heavy to get results—I don’t!

What matters is having a clear goal and a plan to get there, and that’s exactly what I help my clients do.

My Daily Workout Routine as a Personal Trainer 💪🏻🔥

Keeping it simple, effective, and consistent 👇🏻

🚴🏻‍♀️Warm-Up:
4 mins on the bike🚲

🧘🏼‍♀️Mobility (3 rounds):
• 10 Spine Roll Downs
• 10 Bodyweight Squats
• 10 Knee Push-Ups

🚣🏼Conditioning:
2 mins on the rower

💥Main Circuit (4 rounds):
• 40s work / 20s rest
• DB Squats
• KB Swings
• Burpees
• Double DB Shoulder Press
• Plank Leg Lifts

🧘🏼‍♀️Cool Down Stretch (30-60 sec holds):
• Supine Back Twist
• Forward Fold
• Lizard Stretch

Train smart, stay consistent, and don’t skip mobility and recovery 🏋🏼‍♀️

⭐️BRAND NEW CLASSES COMING SOON⭐️

Starting the week of Tuesday 22nd April, I have two new small group classes. Lower Body Tone, and EMPOWERLIFT.

Both designed to work on increasing strength and body conditioning, Lower Body Tone has a focus on the large lower muscle groups and abdominals ready for summer, and EMPOWERLIFT is aimed at Menopausal and perimenopausal women who want to incorporate resistant training into their week to gain all the known benefits at this time in our lives.

Classes will take place on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings at the fabulous .
