Childrens Kickboxing: 5:00pm to 6:00pm, (From 7 years and over)

Adults Kickboxing: 7-9pm

Classes take place in a fully fitted, full time martial arts gym. Complete with

mats, mirrors, bags, pads, toilets and changing rooms, well lit and secure off road parking for your peace of mind.

The next UKSA Kickboxing seminar is on Sunday September 13th 10-1pm at The Martial Arts Centre Long Eaton

Free to attend, no cost involved.

Open to all martial artists and associations.

If you would like to come and train just message to book your place.

There will be two instructors Sensei Wayne Thomas from Kahen-sei Martial Arts and myself.

2hrs of techniques and an hour of sparring together.

Coming after September 21st we have new kickboxing classes!

We are adding in a Wednesday kids kickboxing class and an adults Friday kickboxing class!

So our kickboxing timetable is as follows!

Kids kickboxing age 7-15 5-6pm
Adults kickboxing age 16+ 6-8pm

✅ Wednesday:
Kids kickboxing age 7-15 5.30-6.30pm
Adults kickboxing age 16+ 7-9pm

✅ Friday:
Adults kickboxing 6-8pm

A nice throwback to when Coach Ash Doroshenko took two of our people to competition and came back with two ISKA British k1 champs. 🥊

Coach Ash is himself a gold medalist in Kickboxing, a heavyweight UK Shootboxing champion and and an open weight SVT Knockdown champion.

You can find him training with the adults in all classes and also as one of our youth kickboxing instructors on Monday evenings at The Martial Arts Centre Long Eaton
