Building a sustainable martial arts business is more than just increasing your client list it’s about keeping each student interested and moving forwards in real terms, not grading students above their limit. Be part of your students journey not all of your students will progress at the same pace. Each student is different and will need help in different areas to succeed. Keep all students in the loop help them and communicate what you need them to do to move forwards. Talk to the parents of struggling students and be honest about their child’s progress.

1 - Enrolling new students on a regular basis
2- Retaining as many students as possible.

You cannot rely on grading students just to keep them enrolled.
