UK SHOOTBOXING SEMINAR 🥊🤼

Our next seminar is on Sunday October 11th 10-1pm at our home The Martial Arts Centre Long Eaton

As always we will be covering all areas of UK Shootboxing including striking, grappling and standing submissions.

Our seminars are free of charge and open to all styles and associations who would like to take part.

As always the seminar will feature several instructors covering techniques, combinations and strategies for 2 hours and then sparring together for the last hour under all UK Shootboxing class rulesets.

A reminder that on Sunday 20th September we'll be hosting our "Big Day of Sumo" in Derby. This will be in place of our regular training session. There's no fee, and beginners are welcome; we'll cover all the basics of Sumo and finish with a competition.

Our instructors are proud of the arts they share in the local community and are very passionate about helping everyone who comes through our doors be the best they can be.

Our centre has been a staple of local martial arts tuition for decades and has always been a home to many different styles.

We are strong believers that no one art is the answer to all things. Instead we believe in training martial artists to be the best they can be in all areas whether that be striking, grappling, kata, weapons, competition or coaching others.
