Fantastic session for our kickboxers last night!

We are very lucky to have a fully air conditioned training area so everyone can train hard without overheating.

Classes are held every Monday and Wednesday for our kickboxing programs.

Monday:
Kids/youth age 7-15 5-6pm
Adults age 16+ 6-8pm

Wednesday:
Adults 7-9pm

We teach Japanese freestyle kickboxing meaning we have more techniques than popular styles such as k1 or American rules kickboxing.

We study the following techniques:
