Sometimes the gorgeousness of the community and the space we've built just slaps me round the face. Yesterday was one of those days 🫶🥹🦋

A sold out yoga flow yesterday! We now have wait lists on the booking system just in time, so join one of those if your fav class is full, or book early to avoid disappointment 🙏

It is hot hot hot 🔥

I can't express how much we appreciate those of you who still come out and practice 🌞🥹

But... we totally get it if you choose a bbq instead! If you love us, help us out by booking another class for when the heatwave has ended.

Having a class in the diary helps you to keep it up and stay feeling grounded alongside summer shenanigans, and it also helps our lil' studio to keep the lights on 💡

There are spaces left for Crystal Bowl Sound Bath with Kirsty at the Hub tonight 🌙🦋

If you’re local and fancy something calm this evening, this is going to be a lovely one.

Lie down, get cosy, and listen to the sound of the crystal singing bowls. The bowls are a bit softer and lighter than gongs, so it’s a really nice gentle meditation if you just need an hour to yourself.

Harry’s next gong bath at the Hub is TONIGHT 🌀🌊

If it’s been a bit of a stressful week, come over and shake it off before the weekend 🥰

In a gong bath, you just lie down, get cosy under a blanket, and let the sound wash over you.

Nothing to do and nowhere to be for a whole hour. Just rest.

Harry’s gong baths can take you into an altered, dream-like state, a kind of meditation where some people experience visuals, memories, insights, or messages from the subconscious.

And if nothing dramatic happens, that’s fine too. You still get an hour of proper rest, warmth, and live sound.

Harry will be around afterwards if you’d like to stay for a brew and a chat.

Pilates at Pendle Wellbeing Hub 📢✨✨

Pilates & yoga teacher Lucy is joining the team 💜

She has 20 years’ experience in all things movement, and we’re so lucky to have her as part of the studio 🫶

Lucy will be offering her own classes and therapies over the next few months - more to come soon - and she’ll also be covering Louise’s sessions:

Wednesday 9.30am Pilates
Thursday 6pm Beginner Pilates

Pilates is a low-impact class that helps build strength, stability and control, especially through your core, hips, glutes, back and shoulders.

It’s excellent if you want to:
💪 Improve posture and core strength
⚕️ Reduce back pain
🏃‍♀️ Prevent injuries and improve performance in other forms of exercise, like running, strength training or CrossFit

Our classes are open to all levels. You don’t need to be flexible or experienced, but if you’d like a gentler introduction, Beginner Pilates might be the one for you.

Need a proper rest?

Restorative Yoga with Sarah Leyla Puello is coming to Pendle Wellbeing Hub - it's a slow & cosy class for anyone feeling knackered, busy-headed, or just in need of an hour to themselves 🦋

You’ll use bolsters, blankets and props to settle into gentle shapes on the floor, with no pressure to stretch, stand up, or push.

Warm room ✨ low lights ✨ no effort ✨ proper chance to rest ✨

If you already like yin, think of this as even softer.

New monthly class:
Weds 29/4, 27/5 & 24/6
