Tuesday evening we will be continuing with Plough pose/Halasana and a new support variation.

Such a good class this morning! You are all fabulous!
Despite the heat the Church was nice and cool 😎
You all worked really hard to get into Ardha Chandrasana or Half Moon Pose 🌙🤸‍♂️

Ardha Chandrasana is a great balance pose which creates strength in the legs and feet, improves core strength, stability and is a wonderful hip and chest opener 🤸‍♂️🌙💚
