We looking to appoint an ambitious and knowledgeable First Team Coach (Backs Focus) to join our senior coaching team ahead of the new 26\27 season.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a competitive and ambitious senior environment, supported by a strong player base and clear aspirations for progression.
The Role
Working alongside the Head Coach and wider senior coaching group, responsibilities will include:
• Leading the development of backs play and attacking structure
• Planning and delivering engaging senior training sessions
• Supporting match preparation, analysis and game-day management
• Helping drive standards, culture and player development across the squad
We’re Looking For
• A strong understanding of attacking rugby, backs play and player development
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• A positive, energetic and player-focused coaching approach
• Availability for midweek training and Saturday matchdays
• RFU coaching qualifications are desirable, but not essential
Commitment
• Training: Tuesdays & Thursdays
• Matches: Saturdays

So proud of these Lads. Calum McNally & Bailey Geudon have been selected to play for Bucks Mens County team against Somerset.
The game is at Taunton RFU Saturday 23rd Kick off 2.30pm.

Congratulations to 5 members of our MKRUFC women's team who have been selected to represent the county on Sunday! Aimie Taylor, Zoe Church, Ellie Gibbard, Codie Burgess and the biggest smile in Women's Rugby, our Captain Toni Ranger.
It’s a significant achievement and a reflection of their hard work and dedication this season.
Supporting them at the game will definitely boost their morale, so if anyone can make it, it would be great to see you there.
Its at Aylesbury RFU, Brook End, Western Turville, HP22 5RN. 2pm.

Here at MKRUFC, we would like to congratulate and celebrate 4 of our Under 15’s players who had a great season with Northampton Saints, under their developing player program (DPP).

Rio Garcia, Olek Surzyn, Logan Selleck and Beau Hanson

The lads have worked really hard and produced amazing results in their training and games.

Also, we are delighted to confirm that all 4 boys have secured themselves a place in next year’s program. 💪💪💪💪

A special mention for Beau Hanson, who played up in the U16s for 6 weeks during the season (no mean feat as a front row forward).

We are also delighted to announce that Rio Garcia has been selected to train with the under 17’s backs at Saints over the Summer. This is a
Magnificent achievement. Congratulations Rio!

All the boys have made MKRUFC, their team, their families and their friends very proud!
