Do you want to help your child feel more confident at school and outside, then why not come to our Children’s Ju Jitsu class at Fishermead Trinity centre (rear hall(follow the arrows on poster)) on Tuesday nights from 7pm-7.345pm where their self-esteem will not only grow, they will become more resilient and empowered. Bullying can take many forms—physical, verbal, social, or online—and can leave lasting emotional scars if it's not stopped. Signs that a child may be experiencing bullying include unexplained injuries, lost or damaged belongings, changes in mood or behaviour, avoiding school or social situations. There are many coping strategies to help with this, one way is to learn the Art of Ju Jitsu at our class where the child will not only learn physical techniques but also resilience and confidence to manage a situation. Parents can help by creating a safe space for open conversations, listening without judgment, and reassuring their child that they are not alone. Encourage them to share their experiences, build their confidence, and seek support from teachers, counselors, or anti-bullying resources. Taking action early can make all the difference in ensuring their emotional well-being.

Ju Jitsu is the perfect martial art for individuals of all ages and fitness levels as the art does not require the use of strength just movement. Our Adults and children's classes are held at Fishermead trinity centre(back hall(poster shows directions and who to ask for)) and starts back on Tuesday 13th May children from 7pm-7.45pm £5 per session and Adults 8pm-9pm £8 per session- message for more details

Merry Christmas and a Happy New year to all our Ju Jitsu students, Past, Present and future. We hope you all enjoy this festive season with your loved ones, and take some time to relax and recharge. Remember to stay active and practice your techniques at home to be ready for the new year!
Our Ju Jitsu classes will resume on week commencing 13th January. We can't wait to see you all back on the mats, ready to learn and grow together See you in 2025.
