It is with great sadness that we confirm that Whitespace Studio has now ceased trading and has been placed into liquidation.

We have worked hard to evolve, adapt and protect the community we loved - but sadly, despite exploring every possible route forward, we were unable to secure a future for the studio.

What we will remember most is the people: our wonderful teachers, exchange staff, students and every person who trusted us with their wellbeing. Together, we created so much more than a studio — friendships, confidence, connection and a community that will always mean so much to so many.

Thank you for being part of the Whitespace story and for all the kindness and support you have shown us.

With a background in professional contemporary dance, GG brings creativity, strength and thoughtful movement to every class. Her calm, welcoming teaching style makes everyone feel at home, whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or have been practising for years.

Reformer Pilates Training Weekend One ✔️

Starting something new can feel exciting, inspiring and perhaps a little daunting too.

This weekend marked the beginning of our latest Reformer Pilates Teacher Training, with trainees coming together for the first of two in-person training weekends.

A wonderful start filled with learning, movement, curiosity and connection.

Thank you to Brianne and London Pilates Academy for guiding the weekend with such expertise and care.

We can't wait to see how this group grows over the coming months. ✨
