Our mini-retreat on Saturday was pure magic from start to finish.
The ladies arrived expectant, open, and ready to pour into themselves. And wow, did they show up. Pilates flowed into deep, honest chats in the sauna, the kind that only happen when women feel safe, connected, and fully present.

And then.… the cold plunge.
Every single one of them was so brave. The squeals, the laughter, the “I can’t believe I just did that!” moments. Unforgettable.

The feedback afterwards was beautiful and so encouraging. They left glowing, carrying their goodie bags, a delicious home‑baked cupcake, and (I hope) a little spark of something new for themselves.

My heart is full. What an afternoon.

🔥❄️ MINI‑RETREAT BLISS ❄️🔥

Still floating after the most beautiful afternoon with the loveliest group of women.
Think gentle movement, glowing skin, deep warmth, brave plunges, and the kind of laughter that feels like therapy.

From the Pilates mats to the sauna sanctuary to that icy, exhilarating plunge. The whole experience felt like a little pocket of luxury and courage wrapped into one.

The energy was soft, supportive, and powerful. And the best part..... everyone left asking, “When’s the next one?”

Thank you, ladies, for bringing your grace, your joy, and your willingness to try something new. You made my first mini‑retreat feel like a five‑star wellness escape.

Round 2 is definitely on the horizon.....💫❄️🔥

Yes — it’s the holidays. None of us know what day it is, we’re eating everything in sight, and fun has become a full‑time job. But even in the middle of all that, your body and mind still deserve a little movement. A stretch. A walk. A moment to breathe and reconnect.

So today, take ten minutes just for you. Move a little. Shake off the fog. Remind yourself that you’re still in charge of how you feel.

And of course…
as always, don’t forget, give me 10 squats. 🍑💪
